Along side the score for the 2024 Short Film Astral Journey, I scored the trailer as well. In typical trailer fashion, this score prepares you for the mystery and intensity of the short.

National Gallery Commission

Commissioned to write a 2 minute piece for string quartet to be performed at a musical event in room 23 of the National Gallery. I chose Salvator Rosa's painting 'Witches at their Incantations' for the inspiration of my piece.

Light of Candle 

A short 1 minute animation in collaboration with Animator Wenwei Kang from UAL (University of Arts London). The animation tells a story about a candle that fights it's peers for the job of lighting up the castle. 

Sui Generis 

A short 1 minute animation in collaboration with Animator Conner Kruger-Morrison from UAL (University of Arts London). The Animation tells a story of an ordinary man who becomes disturbed by a band of hooligans, luckily, a celestial is there to save him.

Mountain Spirit 

A short 1 minute animation in collaboration with Animator Jiwon Ahn from UAL (University of Arts London). His animation tells a story of a little rock who needs to overcome his peers to become the mountain spirit.

Your Fear All At Once 

'Your Fear All At Once' is a short and haunting trailer animation created for the London International Animation Festival's 'Into the Dark' category. 

American Sports drama Rescore

Under guidance from the original composer Stephen Endelman, I rescored key scenes from the 2016 American Sports Drama "Greater".

Seraphic Mind GLE Commission 

Wrote a track which was played while the Sacred Heart Church was illuminated with these mesmerising patterns. 

Caroline Stockmann Commission 

Commissioned to write an orchestral piece inspired by the Lake district, and particularly the Wastwater lake. Caroline requested the piece to be recorded without the aid of a click track.  

Barbican Silent Film 2024

In 2024, the Barbican chose the 1927 Comedy/Drama "Bed and Sofa" which will feature a live piano accompaniment along side an electronic element derived from piano sounds. It was performed live at Barbican Cinema 1 on the 9th of June. I was given the opportunity to score three clips from this film. 

WestWood Rescore Competition

In November of 2023, I took part in the Westwood scoring competition, allowing me to practice scoring trailer style media. 

WestWood Rescore Competition

As part of my 1st year coursework, I scored a clip from an old Westwood competition, I scored it using a small quartet made up of violin, flute, piano and french horn. The goal was to record everything live in the studio!

Propagander 

A collaboration with Game design students from the LCC (Partnered with UAL) for the sound design of a psychological game where a regular tower defense game environment is taken over by adverts and propaganda. 

UNREAL Engine 5 Lyra sample game rescore

For the final project of a short elective course in the basics of unreal engine, I challenged myself to rescore the sample game Lyra. I really challenged myself to use more complex integrations of sound design into what was essentially my first score using unreal engine!
